By creating an account or using LIFT LNK you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorised use.
LIFT LNK is for finding gym training partners. You agree not to harass, intimidate, impersonate, solicit, spam, scrape, or post sexual, hateful, or unlawful content. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
Meeting in person carries real-world risks. Always meet in a public gym, share your plans with someone you trust, and never feel obligated to share personal info. LIFT LNK doesn’t perform background checks and isn’t responsible for the conduct of users.
You retain ownership of photos, bio, and workout posts you upload, but you grant LIFT LNK a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display this content inside the app to other users to operate the matching service.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a safety risk.
LIFT LNK is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
